Archery Strategy Consulting is a great entrepreneurial adventure dedicated towards serving its customers and carried out by a team of passionate men and women, with the objective of becoming a reference brand in Executive level business consulting on its 3 sectors.
Archery Strategy Consulting is a Business Consulting firm specialised in three sectors: Aerospace – Defense – Security, Transportation – Logistics (air, rail, public transport, logistics, …) and Energy (renewable, nuclear, Oil & Gas, …). We work with several players in these industries : from multinational corporations to mid-cap companies, operators, OEMs and suppliers, French or international. We also work with Private Equity or Infrastructure funds.
Our consulting engagements cover mainly growth strategies, movements on the value chain, differentiation, M&A, organisation, operational performance improvement and cost leadership.
Sharing characteristics such as major capitalistic needs, strong industrial innovations and long lead times, these industries – which are often sovereign - have numerous similarities and synergies. This explains our positioning: through an acceleration of experience, this focus develops a strong expertise on key intertwining issues. This provides our teams with a broad understanding of our industries’ challenges and dynamics.
Besides it focus-oriented strategy, we propose a different vision of and approach to Business Consulting, while keeping the same high level of expectation associated with our work. Our mode of engagement is more flexible, more innovative and most importantly, customized to fit Executives’ needs. Moreover, our size allows us to be more agile. Finally, our Partners are deeply involved in the execution of our consulting engagements, building stronger ties with our customers, who can benefit from their deep experience. This differentiation is also at the heart of how we choose and recruit our team members.
We wish to pursue our growth in France, with our current customers and by developing new relationships. The opening of our German office in 2020 is part of Archery’s strategy to expand outside of France, with the ambition to efficiently deploy our activities on geographies that are strategic for our customers. This strategy is completed by the successful implementation of international partnerships, especially with our strategic US partner Avascent.
